Gym Class program for teens
Location: Grit Athletics, 2727 N Cascade Ave Fall Semester
Ages: 12-18
Schedule: 11am M/W/F
Enrollment Fee: $150/ mo, CHE Grant Eligible
Guided warmup, strength training, and conditioning, based on teaching the principles of proper movement, injury prevention, and exercise principles, with the outcome of developing lifelong habits of exercise and fitness. We promote a healthy positive relationship with exercise and food, to create a lifelong habit of wellness.
Promote physical fitness, enhance cardiovascular health, and foster teamwork and social skills among students. Engaging in gym class not only improves these qualities, but also contributes to the development of mental strength and resilience, promoting overall well-being.

Participating in gym class not only enhances physical and mental well-being but also incorporates activities and exercises that contribute to injury prevention by promoting proper techniques, flexibility, and strength.
Athletic shoes and clothing, water bottle, willingness to put forth effort, prior exercise knowledge not required!
With over 15 years in the industry, this program is run by a coach and father that has a passion for seeing teens get the most out of their formative years through the physical and mental development gained from proper exercise technique.
